Matra P43 roadster

In the late 80'ies, Matra had this idea of a 'retro' looking open roadster, and according to themselves they had real plans for production - as there was nothing else in this niche. However, they were beaten to the point by Mazda, whose MX5 is very similar in concept. (though the P43 looks more 'retro', which could have made it interesting for a slightly different market than the MX5).
